Outpatient Services

Rehab Services

We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients of all ages. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists work with each patient to develop an individualized plan to address physical and cognitive issues. Patients and their families are always involved in setting treatment goals.

Mountain States Rehabilitation centers provide healthy, private environments for therapy services, and we take special care to make sure our patients feel respected and gain confidence in their abilities.

Wound Care

Our trained staff follows a team approach to wound care. After an initial evaluation, each patient receives a comprehensive, individualized plan designed to help treat difficult-to-heal wounds. We work to address the underlying cause of the problem, control infection and improve the overall health of our patients.

Proper wound care techniques have proven to expedite wound healing, reduce pain and the financial cost to patients and their families.

Sleep Lab

Sleep tests measure how well you sleep and how your body responds to any sleep issues you may be experiencing. These tests can help determine if you have a sleep disorder and how severe it is.

Untreated sleep disorders can raise your risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke and other medical conditions. Sleep disorders also have been linked to an increased risk of injury, such as falling (in the elderly) and car accidents.

Sleep disorders can be treated. Talk with your doctor if you snore regularly, have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.

Synergy Laboratories Pathology and Clinical Services

Synergy Laboratories are a full service reference laboratory made up of all the labs in Mountain States Health Alliance facilities. Together these labs offer a full range of services. We perform comprehensive clinical laboratory testing for physicians to help diagnose and/or treat disease or injury.

Our healthcare professionals are committed to the highest quality, excellent service and patient centered care. Members of our technical staff are licensed by the State of Tennessee Medical Laboratory Licensing Board. We also have team members that are nationally certified by recognized professional agencies.
