You are here
It’s all about people.
Whether you’re a physician or a student, a nurse or a cook, an X-ray tech or computer technologist, at Mountain States, or someone who’d like to work or volunteer with us, the Human Resources staff is here to assist you.
We love our team members
A key goal of the Human Resources department is retain the great team members have already and to recruit new ones who also reflect the Mountain States mission of providing world class patient-centered care. We recognize that team members are our biggest asset and we’re here to help us all maintain a healthy work/life balance by offering support in the areas of team member benefits, career, finance and health. We’re happy to help take care of you so that you can do what you do best – take care of our patients, whether you’re a hands-on provider or support those who are.
We’re looking for great new team members
We also work diligently to find others who want to join us in our efforts to provide loving care to our community and serve as the first step for prospective team members. We maintain a careers website to help you see what positions are available and apply. Then we’ll help you navigate the interview and hiring process, and provide an informative orientation program when you’re officially onboard.

Are you a student? Come learn with us!
At Mountain States we realize we have a responsibility to share our knowledge and experience so others will be equipped to provide top-notch health care wherever they go. We also realize that helping students is another way to help us find great team members in the future – and to help students check us out as a future employer. That’s why we offer everything from job shadowing opportunities to nurse internships to medical student residencies. We offer a free certified nurse assistant course – students can apply, take the course and be ready to work in health care! We also offer advanced training and certification courses for both team members and community health workers.
