Bob Feathers, Vice Chair
Bob Feathers is president and chief executive officer of Workspace Interiors, Inc., with offices in Kingsport and Knoxville, Tenn., and Kingsley Investment Group, LLC, multi-franchise owner. Bob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from The University of Tennessee School of Architecture and Planning and is a licensed architect with the American Institute of Architects.
He is actively involved with the Kingsport Economic Development Board (chairman); Kingsport Chamber of Commerce (board of directors); and Smyth County Community Hospital (board of directors); and is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and several chambers of commerce in Tennessee. Bob has performed various roles of service in Rotary International; Kingsport Downtown Club (past president); Associated General Contractors of America, Tri-Cities branch (past president); Symphony of the Mountains, Kingsport (past board of directors president); Kingsport Parks & Recreation Board (past chairman); Young Presidents Organization, Rebel Chapter; and Forty Under Forty—1999. In 2008 Bob traveled with former Governor Bredesen as a delegate to China on an official trade mission visiting Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Bob, his wife, Jennifer, and daughters Lauren and Rebecca, live in Kingsport, Tenn.
